Cole Warner brings extensive recruiting, account management, and business development experience within the oil and gas industry. His background includes corporate supply chain operations, energy staffing, and technical recruitment, giving him a strong understanding of project lifecycles and the demands of the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. Cole works closely with engineers, operators, and hiring managers to identify candidates whose skills align with each organization’s needs. Known for his proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and collaborative approach, he creates a highly personal recruiting experience for both clients and candidates while building lasting partnerships that support the continued growth of the energy industry.

Alfred Perez

Managing Director

Alfred Perez is an executive search and talent acquisition leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations identify and secure high-impact talent. He has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, public and private organizations, PE-backed businesses, startups, and CPA firms through retained and contingent searches. His expertise spans accounting, finance, audit, tax, technology, human resources, corporate services, and executive leadership. Alfred is known for his consultative approach and ability to develop tailored hiring strategies that support long-term growth. A former member of the Texas Army National Guard, he holds a Political Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Albert Moreno

Senior Technical Recruiter

Albert Moreno is a Senior Technical Recruiter with over 10 years of experience supporting the Oil & Gas, Power & Energy, Manufacturing, and EPC industries. He specializes in recruiting engineers, project managers, and technical professionals, leveraging extensive industry networks across major U.S. energy markets.  Prior to joining Keen Search & Staffing, LLC, Albert held recruiting roles with Wood, Brunel, The Bergaila Companies, and Airswift, building expertise in technical recruitment, field operations, and client relationship management within the energy sector.

Lannie Morgan

Managing Director

Lannie Morgan is a seasoned executive recruiter with over 20 years of experience, including the past 13 years specializing in finance and accounting leadership placements. He began his career in the petroleum industry before transitioning into recruiting, initially focusing on oil and gas engineering, and later expanding into accounting and finance.

Lannie has a proven track record of success, most recently serving as an Associate Partner at a leading accounting and finance recruiting firm in Dallas, Texas. He joined Keen Search and Staffing LLC in January 2026 and is focused on building a high-performing Dallas team aligned with the firm’s strong reputation for integrity and efficiency. He holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from McMurry University. 

Melissa Witherspoon

Manager, Accounting Operations

Melissa brings over 10 years of experience in human capital management and accounting & finance staffing, leveraging her MBA in HR Management to connect top talent with organizations across accounting & finance, technology, human resources, and office administration. Her expertise includes talent acquisition, business development, workforce planning, client relations, and organizational effectiveness.

She is passionate about delivering strategic staffing solutions, mentoring youth, organizing networking events through her women’s nonprofit organization, and actively supporting her community.

Zach Keen

Managing Partner

Zach Keen is an experienced staffing leader with over a decade of success, specializing in interim practices and direct-hire recruiting. After starting his career in oil and gas sales in Houston, he pivoted to staffing in 2015 and quickly became a top-performing business development professional. He earned multiple President’s Club awards while focusing on interim roles. Zach is known for building strong client and candidate relationships and recruiting top talent across accounting, finance, technology, HR, and administrative functions. He holds an MBA from the University of Houston–Downtown and a Bachelor of Music from UT San Antonio.
