• Provide financial planning and analysis support to leadership by delivering actionable insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations
• Coordinate and support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization
• Monitor financial and operational performance, analyze variances to budget and prior periods, and communicate key drivers to management
• Prepare financial presentations and reporting packages for board meetings, shareholders, senior leadership, and ad hoc business reviews
• Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting to support business growth and portfolio development initiatives
• Support month-end close through analytical reviews, trend analysis, and financial performance validation
• Develop and improve processes for ongoing financial and operational reporting and analytical review
• Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights tied to overall business objectives and strategic decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial teams, and senior leadership to drive performance improvement initiatives
• Analyze historical and forecasted trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend strategic actions based on findings
• Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to build financial models, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of financial analysis, FP&A, or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Experience working in cross-functional environments and under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
• Experience in a home services business or private equity-backed company preferred
• Familiarity with Field Routes/PestPac, Salesforce, and BigQuery preferred
• CPA or MBA is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in the Houston office five days per week
