Zach Keen launched his career at a midsize oil and gas equipment manufacturer, beginning as a warehouse associate and progressing through roles in purchasing and inside sales. This experience provided him with valuable insights into procurement and sales within the business landscape. After the oil collapse in 2014, he made a pivotal shift into the staffing and recruiting industry, where he uncovered his passion for connecting candidates with clients. Over the next decade, Zach built a strong reputation as a trusted professional in the field.

Zach began his staffing career at Snelling, where he focused on the light industrial sector. He then moved into professional and executive recruitment at prestigious firms such as Randstad and served as a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry for five years. In 2024, he took the bold step of founding his own firm, Keen Search & Staffing, LLC. Today, as CEO, Zach leads the Keen team, specializing in creating customized staffing solutions across a wide range of sectors, including accounting and finance, human resources, and administration.

Committed to fostering meaningful connections, Zach places a strong emphasis on building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless alignment between talent and opportunity. An alumnus of the University of Houston – Downtown, he holds an MBA as well as a Bachelor of Music in Music Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Residing in northwest Houston with his wife, three children, and three dogs, Zach actively pursues his passions outside of work. An avid guitarist, actor, and inline skating enthusiast, he finds joy in both creative expression and physical activity.

 

Leila Campbell is a highly accomplished professional with over five years of expertise in the fast-paced staffing and recruiting industry. Her career took off with a bang when she was recognized as “Rookie of the Year" at a national prominent firm in her first year, and she has continued to thrive and excel ever since. Over the years, Leila has honed her skills across a diverse array of sectors, including accounting and finance, human resources, manufacturing, healthcare, and administrative roles, showcasing her versatility and adaptability. Currently, she manages a team of recruiters, further enhancing her leadership and strategic capabilities in the industry. 

With a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, Leila combines her extensive industry knowledge with strategic marketing insights, allowing her to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and drive sustainable business growth. Her passion for connecting talent with opportunity fuels her commitment to delivering customized staffing solutions that address the unique needs of both clients and candidates. Renowned for her dedication to excellence and meticulous attention to detail, Leila has built a solid reputation for consistently matching the right individuals with the right roles, fostering lasting partnerships along the way.

In addition to her professional achievements, Leila is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She actively volunteers for the Liver Foundation, where she plays a vital role in raising awareness and supporting those affected by liver disease. When she’s not working or volunteering, Leila enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, immersing herself in nature, painting to express her creativity, and cherishing quality time with dogs. Her holistic approach to life—balancing professional aspirations with personal passions—reflects her vibrant spirit and dedication to making a positive impact in the world around her.
